Family First Funding LLC offers high quality mortgage banking services to residential and business customers. Our aim is to provide our clients with competitive rates and reasonable fees, while keeping our clients informed and educated throughout the process. Family First Funding is a Direct Lender who has the ability to underwrite files within the corporate office in Toms River, New Jersey. While we would like to fund every loan ourselves, we realize that some borrowers do not fit the normal lending box. For that reason we have over 15 relationships with FHA and special Niche investors that allow us to provide financing for borrowers with less than perfect credit, no ability to document income (Commercial Loans), unique properties, and “back against the wall” deadlines.
These are only a few of the key factors that put Family First Funding in a different league compared to the majority of bankers and brokers in our industry. Our #1 goal is to provide superior service and transparency throughout the loan application, underwriting, and closing processes. We view ourselves as team members with our business partners as we work through the process.
